Our Policies

 

Our company policies are as follows:-

Terms are Net 30 Days with account in good standing only.

- Free UPS ground freight* for orders of $1,500.00 or more domestic U.S. and 3,000.00 for Canada and Puerto Rico.

- No drop shipment fees.

- No emergency/same day shipment fees.

- No minimums.

- Returns will only be accepted within 1 year from the date of purchase.

- 20% restocking fee applicable to all returned clamp and weld products and gaskets upon approval by MFC, of the return by RGA issuance.

- We reserve the right to charge a 1 1/2% finance charge on all orders unpaid over 30 days old.

 

*MFC reserves the right to offer the following methods of shipment for freight free orders: UPS,FedEx Ground, Conway, or UPS Freight.

 

Mason Flow Components LLC certifies:

ALL of our STOCKED products to be of 3A manufacture and produced by corporations (both domestic and abroad), holding the 3A approved facility symbol.Mason retains 3A certificates from these corporations/factories on file in our corporate location in Anytown NJ.MFC personnel are prohibited to furnish individual 3A certificates from our represented factories and process business partners due to confidentiality agreements from those corporations as well as our company's need for these process partners, to remain private.
